Good to know…
Registrations
Course registration can be done via written email or post.
Registration is binding and obligatory.
Course capacity is limited, and registrations are processed in the order received. Priority is given to current course participants and those from Bassersdorf.
Course invitations are sent out at least one week before the start date. If a course is cancelled due to insufficient participants, registered individuals will be notified at least four days prior.
All levels have a duration of one year and commence exclusively in August.
Registration confirmation
The number of lessons attended will be confirmed at the end of the course. If lessons cannot be held due to lack of attendance by the course leader, the lessons will be offered free of charge in the follow up course.
Childcare
Free childcare is available during the German courses. It is held in the former schoolhouse Türmli,2nd floor from 9:00 – 11:15 am and 1:15 – 3:30 pm.
Course fee
Payment of fees is obligatory and binding unless a substitute participant is provided.
The courses are to be paid 30 days after billing, otherwise the entitlement to attend the course expires.
Cancellations
Applications are binding. In the event of cancellations post-registration deadline or no-shows, refunds for course fees are only considered exceptionally with a valid reason (such as illness or accident) upon written application. No refunds, full or partial, are granted for individual or entire absences. Missed lessons cannot be compensated for.
